UMD Leonardtown is a University of Maryland project with the General Contractor Davis/Smoot DC a Joint Venture managing the construction with design by Gensler and Ehlert Bryan Structural Engineering. Demolition of the old Graduate Housing has opened the way for 800 new Graduate Housing units.

Belfast Valley Contractors has the Structural Concrete Scope of work that includes but not limited to 4,605 CY of Concrete with 62,679 SF of Slab on Grade and 25,598 SF of Elevated Structural Slab. Concrete work started in September 2024 and substantial completion of concrete was completed in early December 2024.
