The West Falls development is split into eight parcels between multiple general contractors on its 5.9-acre site. The various development programs include a hotel, apartment community, senior living, and office space. Belfast’s scope of work includes the following: Parcel A is a 400-unit, 509-bedroom market-rate apartment building with five levels of wood-framed construction over two levels of cast-in-place below-grade parking, a grocer tenant, and retail space along the east elevation. It is also home to plush amenity areas, two interior courtyards, and a pool. Parcel D2 is a detached four-story precast parking garage with over 600 parking spaces across .65 acres. Exterior finishes include fiber cement siding, aluminum balconies, vinyl windows, metal panels, and storefront on multiple elevations.
The West Falls Church Project consists of 200,000 square feet of concrete slabs to include foundation, structural walls, slab on grade, and elevated concrete slabs. Also included are the foundations and walls for an adjacent precast garage.
