The Helping Up Mission Project consists of a new construction project to include mat foundation & spread footings, structural walls, slab on grade, elevated concrete slabs with PT beams, Hambro construction and metal decking. The project redeveloped the site with a nine-story building containing S2 (parking), assembly areas on the entry level including a multi-purpose room, dining room with commercial kitchen and classrooms/ meeting rooms, administrative offices and counseling rooms on the second level, four levels of R2 dwelling units and an upper executive office level with occupiable roof space.
